Youth Employment & Financial Stability

YouthWorks (MOED)
YouthWorks connects Baltimore City residents ages 14–21 with paid summer work opportunities. Youth gain valuable experience, financial literacy, and exposure to career pathways. The program prioritizes access for youth impacted by systemic barriers.

Youth Opportunity (YO) Baltimore (MOED)
YO Baltimore serves youth ages 18–24 who are disconnected from school or work. Through two youth-friendly centers, participants receive education support, job training, mentorship, and personal development resources.

B-360 Dirt Bike Initiative
B-360 uses dirt bike culture to engage youth, disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline, and build bridges between communities and opportunity.
